Align driven sheave

Post by swedetrail »

Hi i am trying to find the correct driven sheave offset on a Trailfire 440 (102C) 1981 the manual only describe how to use the JD clutch tool. On the Liquifire it should be between 1,26-1,30 inches is it the same on Trailfire.

I have search and couldn?t find anything here.

From the '79-'83 Fine Tune Manual the Liquifire with a 102C clutch should have the clutch aligned with a center distance of 11.88" plus or minus .030". Horizontal positive skew should be .020 to .080". Maximum vertical skew is .040" and the offset should be 1.28" plus or minus .020".
