mikuni carbs on 440 cyclones

I will check to see if I still have a cyclone manual.. I know I have a fine tune manual, it may show what you want to know... Will have a peek tommorow, that is, if someone isn't a little more knowledgeable beats me to it

Putting new track on 400,,, help please...

Gary, I think I should have a good one of those (or maybe a good 5) I will check top make sure. If you are still in need of 1, give me a holler. I'd think it ought to be worth about $30 as a whole, and I'd knock a few bucks off if ya wanted to send me your bad one, as it appears that the springs/whe...

Putting new track on 400,,, help please...

Gary... You're on the right track, penetrating oil, heat, and cussing helps... air tools are also nice. Be paitent, and it'll all work out. I normally will use new carriage bolts (From TSC, they don't say JD on them, but they work... FUNCTION NOT FASHION IN MY CASE)and normally new lock nuts) and ju...

Quite some time ago someone used to mention somehow or other that rotax pistons would fit in different CCW engines... but I don't remember how it all worked, and I don't remember who it was that knew all of this "priceless info", but I remember it from this site..... . If anyone kn...

Parting a sled out

I have parted about a dozen sleds in the last year, and even two of the same model can take quite a bit of a difference in time.

I can also offer a little advice..... Air impact, air ratchets, air cut off, air hammer, torches, and a really big hammer make it go faster.

77 Cyclone 340 Mod. No.

The "F" in the model number should mean fan cooled, as for the C, I can't explain that as the last letter normally indicates the year, and a C should be a 1974, but the Cyclone wasn't in production in 74.
