Re: 5/8" Grade 8 Ski Bolt
This is the strange bolt that started it. I found this bolt in an auction lot I had purchased when an old country service station had closed. SUPERTANIUM ALLOY LOL.JPG I only found one. I thought of Grumpy braking a grade 8 bolt while racing a Dator. I often wondered how great a driver would have to...

Re: Can you put liquifire motor in 76 cyclone?
I'm calling it. The one clean engine gave it away. That is the best April fools joke in these pages ever.
If real the jokes on you because its from Ontario eh, so the price is more than double what you think is reasonable.

Re: 5/8" Grade 8 Ski Bolt
That is the point. The bushing and the original bolt is replaced by the 5/8" bolt.

5/8" Grade 8 Ski Bolt
spring shackle bolt.JPG I reamed out the shackle and used a 5/8" Grade 8 bolt. JRC mentioned a few years ago that they used to do this. The result is no free play and the ski bolt probably will not break. Along with the SLT skies from newbreedparts.com it handles like a dream. Link for the ski...

Re: pls school me ie parts for comet 100c parts
Hi, The 100c was replaced by the 102C because of design problems. Brian is right. Worn out is worn out. When I compared my old clutches to my new one, I knew I made the right decision to go new. Kimpex carries them. Wahl Brothers also. Yes buy a new 102C. Royal distributing offers complete with spri...

Re: Interest in JDM-81 Clutch Align Tool build?
Thanks,
I just got mine 10 minutes ago. A fine sturdy tool. I just have to learn how to use it effectively.
If anyone wondered, Canada Revenue Agency charged $20 tax and $10 handling.
I really should be at work but I just had to try it out eh. -Mark-

2014 I-500 youtube ft. 621 and 440L/F
Hi everybody,
Since there is no race this year, I came across this race video from last year.
I could not imagine how difficult it is to ride for 4 hours, at full race.
