Is it a automatic? If so check the torque converter bolts. Does it get worse when it's hot? Try straight 50 wt. oil just to see if it makes a difference. See if the knock goes away when its cold and returns when it gets hotter. Rod

HI I have also used this fore years . I always use the cheap toilet seal rings . Also use it fore lube on Trailer or fence latches.Just heat up melt wax on /no mess water proof.

Hi Decided to get my 80 LF out and freshen her up. Is there any source for rings to fit the org pistons. Have a nos set of pistons but no rings. Thinking of doing the vintage challenge with it this year. Thanks Rod.
