The manual I have is the TM 1217. I got it off the internet. It seemed to skip the part of the clutch. I thank you a bunch. Now I will have to find a clutch puller and get to work. I will let you know what happens....lol.

So, I have a 34mm mukini carb that I would like to try. Would anyone have any idea how to spec the carb out. Like what jets to use, and what else...

Restoring 340 LiquiFire
I have a 76 340 liquidfire in my back yard. Its in good shape. It needs a waterpump. I was thinking of restoring it, but dont have the time now. I was thinking of putting it on ebay, but I will let you have first try. It needs the seat recovered, windshield, snowflap, and coolant temp.

Hey Thanks Harley,
I appreciate your wisdom. Its too bad that you have to replace the whole gauge.

I checked the compression on the cylinders, the waterpump side is 111,and the pto side is 142. The service manual says 120 to 130. I will be tearing down the engine to check things out, but need...

I have a 1980 440 LiquidFire. I started it after a few squirts of fuel in the carbs. Then after the temp got on the gauge the engine started running high in rpms. I was able to control it for a few times with the engine kill switch, and the ignition swithch. All of a sudden it went to 7000 rpm, the ...
