I got a little more work done on the liquifire today. The crankcase is back together and the new pistons are on.
My sandblasting did not go as planned because our air compressor is to small and couldn’t keep up. I am going to have to go to my grandpas sometime and use his air compressor to sandblast.

The engine is looking like an engine again! I installed the cylinders, heads, water manifold, and oil pump tonight.

Wow....good job. Just a question, I see orange sealant. Back in the late 90s I bought a tube of sealant from my Deere dealer. They followed the trail of substitution and it ended up being some orange stuff made by GE. Would this happen to be what you used?

It is red RTV. My dad is a John Deere salesman and he did some cross checking with the original part number and this is what it cross referenced to.
