hello, one sold in on evil bay last winter for $2000. it had been rebuilt needing only cosmetic tune-up and was in good complete condition. given that, with no motor in rough shape i wouldn't go more than 3 or 4 hundred. however, keep it alive as they are few and far between. dan

thanks for the imfo. i also checked with uncle bill who had a jd dealership for 35yrs. he couldn't recall ever seeing one, and went through his old jd brochures and no imfo on it. another e-bay misimformed seller. thanks for the input. dan

hello, i was just in se minnesota visiting family. my uncle has a 1972 jd 400 with 600 miles on it, electric start, and been stored inside it's hole life. i'ld call it mint less a bit of surface rust on the bumper. what'a a fair price to offer for it? thanks, dan

good day, i'm wondering the headlamp wiring route on my 77 cyclone. when i got the sled it went down and under the motor and up the left side. on my 76 parts sled it it follows the bumper around and through the center bulkhead support and up the left side. which is the factory route? thanks, dan

i just purchased a 76 cyclone 440 in n. dakota. i am curious about the serial #. it's j44fc 070100m. this site shows the the first #'s ending in fe and ending at 70,00. anybody know what's up with my #'s
