TF tach and odd noise?
Cyclone crazy hit it on the head. I installed a tach on my trailfire and the light wouldn't work. The fix was a little jumper wire from the speedo mounting bracket to the tach mounting bracket. The plastic dash does not ground the instrument.

Trailfire Seat
A nice big sheet metal screw works well also and you don't have to worry about getting the t-nuts in the exact right location so they line up with the holes in the tunnel. Just line up the seat where it belongs and run the screws in.

Is 105 psi really good enough for the compression? I know my Sportfore and Trailfire are around 150-160 on fresh pistons and rings. Just asking.........

Well here is shot of my 12 year old son on the Sportfire taken today. We had so much fun. I ended up pulling all my kids and their friends on a plastic sled tied to the snowmobile.
